Tactical Urbanism Projects Delayed

The installation dates for this year’s Tactical Urbanism projects have been delayed. Questions have been raised about insurance coverage and how it relates to specific clauses of a Temporary License Agreement the UCP must sign with the city before proceeding. These questions have been sent to the city, and we are currently awaiting a response.

Additionally, a lack of time means we’ve not yet performed pre-installation speed and/or yield studies of the sites. This is important data for determining the effectiveness of an installation, so it must be obtained first.

We are still planning to and perform all installations before long. We will let you know as soon as things change!
